The B-Side was born out of necessity and creativity. Our original cocktail, Low-Key Mischief, relied on fresh honeydew melon—but when sourcing became an issue, we pivoted. Instead of shelving the drink, we swapped the honeydew for pear while keeping a touch of honeydew flavoring. The result surprised even us: a beautifully balanced, complex, and refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail.
